From just giving it a look, it seems like Ultraman Cosmos has episodes out of sequence.

Episodes 50 and 51 need to be swapped. (You have episode 50 as 51, and 51 as 50.)

And episodes 63 and 64 are the same situation. They just need to be swapped.
